RESTORE! 2nd Session - September 17th
Building Safety: Learning to Feel Safe Inside Yourself Reflective Materials
Service Description
RESTORE: From Surviving to Living is a five-month, nonclinical healing and personal-growth experience created for people who have survived difficult, painful, or life-altering experiences—but recognize that simply surviving is no longer enough. RESTORE is a space for real conversation, guided reflection, self-discovery, and intentional growth. Each monthly session helps you explore how past experiences may still be influencing your identity, relationships, boundaries, decisions, and responses today—without requiring you to publicly relive or disclose the details of what happened to you. Over five months, we journey through five areas of restoration: understanding the impact of what happened, building safety, identifying patterns and beliefs, reconnecting with yourself and others, and intentionally building a life beyond survival. RESTORE Is Growing! Because of the overwhelming response to RESTORE, we've decided not to limit participation. If people are ready to begin the journey toward healing, growth, and wholeness, we want to make room for them. Beginning with Sessions 2–5, the $10 registration fee is not about limiting who can hear the conversation. Instead, registered participants will receive access to the RESTORE Private Participant Materials, including: * Healing Between Sessions Reflective Journal * Private session notes * Guided reflection questions * Personal exercises Because here's what I want you to understand: The conversation may happen during the session, but the real work continues between sessions. Your $10 registration gives you the private tools to go deeper, reflect honestly, recognize your patterns, and intentionally apply what you're learning to your own life. Everybody can hear the conversation. Registered participants get the tools to continue the journey. You already proved you could survive. Now, what are you going to do with the life you survived for? Welcome to RESTORE!
